Participating Restaurant Event Checklist

United Way of South Mississippi will provide each sponsor with the following:

  • One 6’ table for prep space (w/ tablecloth)
  • One 8’ table for serving (w/tablecloth)
  • Plates, napkins, & silverware
  • Your restaurant’s name in a framed display for the table

Setup begins at 1:00pm on September 19. Ballroom doors will open to guests at 6 p.m.

*PLEASE HAVE ALL FOOD IN PLACE & READY TO SERVE BY 6:45 P.M.*

Each restaurant is responsible for bringing chaffing dishes/warming trays for their food.

You can use the loading dock at the Civic Center to unload.

Each restaurant is responsible for cleaning up their food prep/serving areas at the end of the night and taking ALL equipment out of the venue.
